Gateway is moving online!
With the Alberta Government issuing a ban on groups larger than 50 people, we have cancelled all events that were planned at the church – including Sunday services, Youth Events, the Academy, and all GatewayGroups.
As such, we are going to be focusing on the following two areas of ministry:
Pastoral Care
Over the next couple months, each staff member will focus on keeping in contact with the people at Gateway who volunteer on their teams. All of our group leaders will be doing the same for their group members.
If you are not part of any group or team in the church, we would like to encourage you to connect with one of our groups, or contact the church office so we can help you connect.
We encourage everyone to take time to look after each other, to love one another, and to help people who are in need.
Church Online
SUNDAYS
Every Sunday, we will be posting a Sunday Service at 9:30 am & 11:00 am so we can join together as the church wherever we are. For more information, stay tuned to our website & social media.
MIDWEEK
During the week, we will also be posting a Midweek Bible Study which will focus on dealing with issues that directly apply to our current situation.
EASTER SUNDAY
We are working under the assumption that our Easter Sunday services will be cancelled, but we will be working to plan a special celebration once we are able to gather publicly again.
